I originally only planned to update the kitchen, but during the estimate we talked through the rest of the unit too. Alex gave me separate quotes for the kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, and painting, and the pricing was good enough that I decided to just get everything done at once. I’m glad I did. The place looks a lot fresher now and is much better set up for the next tenant. What I also appreciated was the timing. I’ve had similar projects with other contractors drag on for months, and this one was done in about a month. Good work, fair pricing, and an overall smooth process.

Working with Alex was a great experience. He built a 600 sq ft ADU on my property and handled everything from permits and plans to construction. The whole process moved faster than I expected, and we were able to get started without a lot of back and forth. From the first conversation to completion, it took a little over 4 months.
