I originally only planned to update the kitchen, but during the estimate we talked through the rest of the unit too. Alex gave me separate quotes for the kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, and painting, and the pricing was good enough that I decided to just get everything done at once. I’m glad I did. The place looks a lot fresher now and is much better set up for the next tenant. What I also appreciated was the timing. I’ve had similar projects with other contractors drag on for months, and this one was done in about a month. Good work, fair pricing, and an overall smooth process.

Alex did our bathroom remodel and handled the permits too. He was easy to work with, stayed on top of the project, and made the whole process a lot less stressful for us. Working with Alex was a great experience. He built a 600 sq ft ADU on my property and handled everything from permits and plans to construction. The whole process moved faster than I expected, and we were able to get started without a lot of back and forth. From the first conversation to completion, it took a little over 4 months. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for ADU work.

We recently remodeled the bathroom in our guest house in Beverly Hills, and I’m honestly so glad we chose this team. From the very beginning, they took care of the permits and inspections, which saved me a lot of stress and back-and-forth.
It was a complete renovation — beautiful European-style tile with textured finishes, a redesigned shower, a new vanity, upgraded European faucets and fixtures, improved lighting, ventilation, and all the little details that really pull everything together. The lighting alone completely changed the feel of the space — it looks brighter, cleaner, and much more modern now.
